Our Leadership

When I founded Dept 14 I had two goals; deliver outstanding service to our customers, and provide solutions at an incredibly affordable price.

Department 14 Marketing is headed by Lucas Pate, a prominent marketing executive. Lucas has worked in communications and advertising for the entirety of his career. His expertise includes more than 15 years of senior service for a variety of large corporations, including Nissan North America, Six Flags Entertainment, and as temporary marketing director for the Riverfront Times in St. Louis. He is also proud to have worked with major non-profit organizations like the American Cancer Society and has served on the Explore St. Louis LGBTQ+ Advisory Committee.

Affordable Solutions

If you are looking for a website with a $90K price tag, we're not the best solution. The majority of our websites cost less than $10K, all built by in-house experts in the USA.

We begin by outlining the specifications for your project. Clear deliverables are decided and a website framework is established.

Design

We design sites that are user-friendly, search engine optimized, and responsive by using a clean technical methodology.

Develop

We develop and design iteratively. We don’t create wireframes – we go straight to working mockups. This gives us greater flexibility and a faster production time.

Deploy

After final approval we launch your new website and give you access. We also offer on-going maintenance plans to make managing your website extremely simple.
